So I waited most impatiently for the day it would be released. When the clock struck midnight in Korea, I was constantly refreshing the page to see if she was on sale yet. I was on break at work, which was 12:00 AM Korean time. I was so afraid I wouldn't get the one I wanted, which was the dark Tirka, because Dollpamm was only releasing 50 sets of each! Alas, I had to go to bed because I have to get up before the sun to go to work. However, I had to get up during the night so I checked on the website and...TADA! She was on sale! In my groggy state, I finally purchased her and then flopped back into bed.
I should know better that doll won't sell out so quickly, especially since they are so expensive. Even when I stayed up to order my Luts Yul Satyresse, she didn't sell out until three or so days later and there were only 20 sets released worldwide, which is a lot less than the Tirka's.
I will have to say I never paid so much for such a small doll before. I really wanted Xaviera when Doll Chateau released her but I didn't want to pay nearly $500 for a 30cm doll. Now look what I have done! I really wished I would have bought Xaviera. She was so cute and now you can't find her anywhere. I really hope they re-release her like that did with Ada, who was once an event doll.
On another note, I am still processing all that alpaca hair. The hair needs to be washed one more time before I can start dying some and making wigs. I am just so tired when I come home from work I really don't want to do anything.
As of now, 8/11/2018, Tirka is still available for sale in all three colors. If you want her, you better hurry over to Dollpamm.net and purchase her!
