Who designed/coded/runs/hosts your site?
I designed, coded, and run my website myself. Weebly hosts it. Weebly makes for easy editing!
Do you have employees?
Nope, just myself. I draw, design, sculpt, mold, cast, package, and ship everything myself. It's all me from start to finish. Who's says there is no "I" in team?
Do you have a physical store?
No, just an online store. However, I occasionally have a booth at art festivals.
Where do you sell your stuff?
Here (my website), Etsy, Facebook, and Ebay. Sometimes at art events. I might have prints available through deviantArt.

Problems

Can you mail something using my UPS/Fedex account?
No.
Will you mark the shipment as "gift"?
Sorry, but I cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful.
My stuff arrived damaged!
Don't panic! Even after the packing elves have taken great care to insure your item was nestled comfortably in its transportation nest, evil package trolls can appear and chomp down on their favorite snack...packages. :(

In the event that hungry package trolls try to eat your package, please contact me ASAP. All packages are sent with insurance, so any damage is covered by the USPS. PLEASE KEEP ALL DAMAGED PACKAGING AND ITEMS. An Insurance claim will need to be filed. In order to do this, I will need several things:
  • A tracking or label number.
  • Evidence of insurance purchased.
  • Proof of value.
  • Proof of damage. Photos that clearly show the extent of damage will help with your case. For damaged claims, you’ll also need to provide an estimate of the repair costs from a reputable dealer.
If you received something damaged, please hang onto it until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office™ for inspection later. Please do not reship the package.

My package never arrived!
Damn those package trolls! Again, please contact me ASAP.
  1. Check with neighbors to see if the package was left with them either on purpose or by accident.
  2. Check with family members – it is not unheard of that someone else in the household will pick up the package and put it somewhere out of plain sight.
  3. Ask the delivery postal worker where he/she left the package.
  4. Call your local post office to see if it sitting there.

If the package was marked as delivered and you still cannot find it, you may need to fill out a police report. You should always report mail theft. For more information, go here: http://about.usps.com/publications/pub166/pub166_tech_012.htm

I ship all packages with a tracking number, signature confirmation, and insurance. Amongst all that, I am sure we can find out what happened to your package.

All valuable items are sent with Restricted Delivery, meaning the only person that can accept the package is the person that it is addressed to. Hold for Pickup is another option, which required the package to be picked up at a designated Post Office.
